Returns and Refunds Policy
Claims of damage, defect, or error must be made within 5 days after receiving your order.
Claims of freight-damaged items must be made to the freight carrier. We will be happy to assist you in making your claim.
Returns of non-defective items must be made within 15 days after receiving the items, in its original packaging and in sellable condition. A restocking fee of 20% may be charged. Shipping-related charges are non-refundable.
All supplies that are USDA/FDA approved ARE NOT returnable. Please check with us BEFORE ordering to determine if item is returnable.
Special order items MAY NOT be returnable. Please check with us BEFORE ordering to determine if item is returnable.
Equipment is covered by the original manufacturers warranty which vary with the different manufacturers. We will be happy to help you with any warranty problems that occur. You may need to return equipment to us at your expense to have warranty service done. We can also help you get repair parts at no charge during the warranty period if you do your own work.
Return shipping instructions will be provided.
No returns will be accepted after 15 days.
Credit card refunds will be processed to the original credit card.
Shipping Information
Most items ship within 24 hours with the exception of special order equipment or items that are temporarily out of stock. If you order on Friday, your order will probably not ship until Monday. We use ground UPS for most items (larger machines ship by truck) which can take up to 5 business days to reach you in the continental United States. Faster delivery is available at additional cost. Just let us know how you want your items shipped when you place your order.
Payments via credit card: product generally ships within 48 hours. Payments via certified funds: product ships immediately. For non-established customers, if paying by check: the product will not ship until the check is processed and cleared through our bank (approximately 2 weeks).
